During her decade-long role as general manager of Woodward West, one of the largest action sports and gymnastics camps in the world, Debbie Williams 

broadened her scope of diverse leadership, management, and Business skills. At Penn State, she used her relationship-building skills to influence Penn State’s alumni and friends to contribute more than one billion dollars to that institution’s 

endowment, 

programs, and physical plant as director of communications for Penn State's Grand Destiny 

Campaign.Debbie has a diverse professional 

background; has fulfilled many ambitious personal aspirations; and is passionate about inspiring organisational improvement. 

Debbie is also an exceptional writer who has published in several Newsstand 

publications. 

Ryan Ricker

Currently at Arbor Skate. Team Manager

Ryan Ricker is from Santa Fe, 

New Mexico. Ryan rides for 

MuirSkate, Gravity Skateboards, 

Divine Wheels, Ronin Trucks, and 

TimeShip Racing. All types of 

skateboarding. Whether it's skating 

Parks, Street, Transition, Pools, or 

longboarding, freeriding, downhill 

racing, slalom racing or just pushing. 

I have competed in all types of 

skateboarding events too. 

I have taught skateboarding and 

surfing for years. I worked at TimeShip 

Racing Skate School in Santa Fe New 

Mexico.I love teaching and seeing 

people progress.

Sasha Steinhorst

Sasha Steinhorst grew up in the right place at the right time. Blessed to live in California, he was raised between Skate Park rich Southern California and the urban streets of San Francisco.

Skating’s creative freedom drew Sasha to the sport, instilling in him a passion like no other. Skateboarding has allowed Sasha to explore every possible terrain and interpret it in his own style, enriching his life in a way he never thought possible, ultimately allowing him to open his mind and giving him a new perspective on the world.

With over 30 years of experience in the skateboard industry, Sasha has traveled the world extensively for the last 20 years, implementing all facets of skateboarding including: marketing, sales, teams/promotions, manufacturing/production, import/export and event management. Sasha has working relationships with the most established distributors, major retailers, sport organizers, manufacturer’s, media outlets and sponsors, within the skateboard industry.

Over the last 20 years Sasha has helped increase the media coverage of skateboarding in mainstream press through broadcast and print publications.
